Beverly Ann Hastings

Beverly Hastings, age 72, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017. She was born October 30, 1944 in Columbus, OH.
She graduated from Grove City High School in 1962.
Beverly loved flowers and enjoyed working in her flower garden, traveling, and spending winters at Japanese Gardens in Venice, FL.
Surviving family includes husband, James Hastings; son, Gary (Kim) Weethee; step-son, James Hastings; step-daughter, Lori Jones; step-granddaughter, Jordan Outhwate; sister, Dee (Bill) Weaver; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Marvin and Doris Thompson; brother, Charles "Hap" Thompson; step-son, Michael Hastings.
Visitation will be held Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 2-6 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Funeral service will be held Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org/donate or Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org/donate.
