Beverly Jean Lucas Price, 76, of Grove City, passed away September 7, 2009 at her residence. She was born September 2, 1933, in Columbus, daughter of the late Harry Carson and Clara Jane Dutton. In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her stepmother, Geneieve Carson; stepfather, Lester Dutton; sister, Dolores; niece, Sandra. She graduated from West H.S. Class of 1950 and retired from the State of Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Workers Comp. Beverly is survived by her son, David Lucas; daughters, Susan Lucas Nicolini and Debra Ann (Dale) Gallucci; brothers, Carlton (Louise), Harry (Donna) Carson, Charles (Mary) and William (Linda) Dutton; sisters, Ruth (John) Green and Mary (Obbie) Ezzell; grandchildren, Jennifer (Joe) Sedlak, Anthony (Jessica) and Matthew (Meghan) Gallucci, Joseph and Christa Nicolini; great grandchildren, Tristan, Madison and Marcus Sedlak; caregivers, niece Lynda Trasin and Penny Finch; cousin, Mary Stark; special friend, Jeannie Thompson and numerous other family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Friday, September 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Sunset Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
