Beverly Ann Sullivan, age 74, of Columbus, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 19, 2021. She was born on April 5, 1947, to the late Fred and Wilma (Long) Owsley.
Bev graduated from London High School, was a counselor at Maryhaven, and retired from the Franklin County Municipal Court after 39 years of service.
While at work, Bev was passionate about the continual development and career advancement of her staff. She was thrilled to see several be promoted within the court and others complete their college education.
On her off hours, Bev loved cooking, especially Thanksgiving! Baking for the grandkids, apron ever-present, and decorating for all the holidays, particularly Christmas. She loved to sing and dance. Her kids and grandkids will also remember read-alouds, with The Little Red Hen being a family favorite.
Bev is survived by her Husband of 48 years: Daniel Sullivan Sr.; Brother: Fred (Sharon) Owsley, Children: Daniel (Debra) Sullivan Jr., Amanda (Brian Flesher) Sullivan; Son-in-law: Patrick Guay; Grandchildren: Stephanie Sullivan, Ryan Sullivan; Aunt, Uncle, Cousins, and Honorary Families.
She was preceded in death by Parents: Fred J. Owsley and Wilma G. Owsley Allison and Daughter: Lynn Guay.
Visitation Sunday July 25, 2021 from Noon to 2pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 2 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
