Bill Royer Sr.
September 27, 1937 — February 18, 2013
William Charles Royer Sr., 75, passed away February 18, 2013.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary and sister, Marge Wolfe.
He is survived by fiancée, Joan Tillery; daughters, Debra (Ron) Barney and Wendy (Bruce) Royer; sons, William Jr., Kenny (Wendy) and Dennis (Karen) Royer; 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends, including those from Blueberry Hill and the Patio.
Retired from General Motors after 32 years. Avid golfer who always "played 'em as they lay." Bill will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorial Service Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 12 pm with gathering one hour prior at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to Mount Carmel Hospice, C/O Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-9924 or the Franklin County Humane Society via Friends of the Shelter, P.O. Box 307450, Columbus, OH 43230.
