Billie Sue is survived by children Kellie Mullins, Matthew (Laurie) Mullins and James Mullins, grandchildren Logan Mullins and Megan Mullins, brother Ronald (Helen) Morris, nephew Jeffrey (Stephanie) Morris, great niece Penelope Morris.
Billie Sue was known for her artistic abilities, which she showcased through her craft making that including quilling and designing jewelry.
