Billy Frey

Billy Ray Frey, age 41, of Commercial Point, OH passed away Sunday December 19, 2022, after a long battle with Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. He was born November 1, 1981, in Willard, OH. Billy and his twin sister Bobby were adopted by Jackie and Fred Frey October 13, 1993. Before his diagnosis, he was employed by Airway Manufacturing in Hamilton, Indiana. He truly enjoyed the work that he did and the friends that he made. Billy was an animal lover, enjoyed gaming and loved his Dodge Ram and the Denver Broncos.

Billy is survived by his parents Fred and Jackie Frey; brother Chris Frey and his family Brea, Chris Jr. (Montana) Payten (Carter) and Trenten (Kelly). Brothers Jack (Christina) Frey, Dustin (Roxanne) Frey, Justin (Kayla) Frey, Fred (Erin) Frey. Sisters Jennifer (Phillip) Frey Bobbie Frey, Dawn Frey, Britanie (Martin) VanSandt. Billy also reconnected with his biological siblings Gina (Eric) Williams, Anthony (Kathy) Stamper, Tyson Neely, Betty Neely. He was loved by 32 cousins and 31 nieces and nephews, and 6 great nieces and nephews.


The family will receive guests Friday, December 30, 2022, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm for a memorial service at Newcomer Grove City Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
