Billy J. Rice, 70, passed away Monday, April 7, at Kobacker House Hospice. Preceded in death parents. Survived by wife Rosa Lee; daughter Patty Edwards of Columbus; son Charles M. (June) Edwards of Marengo; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. sister Betty Jo ( Bill) Fedder. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road. Funeral service Thursday 12 PM at the funeral home. Pastor----officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
