Billy A. Wiggins

Billy Alton Wiggins, born on November 3, 1953 in Bethesda, Maryland Naval Hospital. He was the oldest of five children born to Donna and Dave Wiggins. He departed this life on February 20, 2022 at the age of 68. He was preceded in death by his father, Dave Alton Wiggins, a brother, Dwayne Alton Wiggins, and a sister, Sharon Buel. Bill was educated in the Columbus school system and received his GED in the United States Army. He was employed with Volunteers of America (greater Ohio), production cashier, a contractor for Ed Ross Construction Company, and Team Lead for A to Z Restoration. He was a member of the Livingston United Methodist Church. He leaves to mourn his home going, his loving spouse Robert F. Riley III - Wiggins "Robi"; two sons, Steven of North Carolina, and Glen of Columbushis mother, Donna L. Kennedy; brother, Dave A. Wiggins; sister, Kathy Curry, of Columbus; 8 grandchildren; 2 nephews; 4 nieces; cousins, and a host of friends and acquaintances. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 1:00pm until time of home going service at 2:00pm at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
