GARRETT
Bob J. Garrett, 83, slipped quietly into the presence of the Lord the morning of October 6, 2010. We hold faith in the finished work of Christ for our salvation (I Cor. 15: 1-4) and the blessed hope of seeing our loved ones again (I Thess.4: 13-14). Preceded in death by parents, John and Dorothy Garrett and sister, Phyllis DeWolfe. Bob was a WWII veteran and a 40 year employee of Denison Engineering. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Jane (Denig); daughter, Melanie; son, Mark (Rita); grandson and best friend, Timothy; special nephew, Dave King; sisters, Leanna (Jack) Ferguson, Sona Marshall, Libby Tyson; brother, Charles (Loretta); brother-in-law, Harold DeWolfe; nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Westerville Freewill Baptist Church, 390 East College Ave., Westerville, OH. Pastor Herb Koonce, Central Baptist Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Les Feldick Ministries, 30706 Lona Valley Road, Kinta, OK 74552.
