He was born November 30, 1964, in Columbus, son of Bobbie E. and Rita Mullins Stearns Sr. In addition to his parents, Bobby is survived by his daughter, Rhonda (Terry) Wratchford; sons, Bobby E. (April) Stearns III and Timothy Stearns; brothers, David (Annie) Stearns, Richard (Christina) Stearns and Danny (Tosha) Stearns; grandmother, Freda Mullins; grandchildren, Trey, Jacob, Courtney and Lucas Wratchford, Johnathon and Natalia Stearns; nephews, Colin and Caleb Stearns. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home 3393 Broadway Grove City.
