Bonnie S. King, 62, of Columbus, passed away March 2, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Beatrice Travis. Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Jerry King; daughter, Terri King; grandchildren, Kyle and Cameron King; sisters, Shirley Stanford, Jeannie Tatro, Margie Webb and Nancy Sniffen. Bonnie was a member of Chalfant Methodist Church. She retired from the City of Columbus after 30 years of service. Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00PM Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Wednesday, March 5, 2008. Pastor Milton Dye will be officiating with interment at Alton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice.
