Bonnie P. Headington, 84, of Orient passed away April 1, 2011. She was born August 31,1926 in Rutland, OH. Bonnie was preceded in death by her loving husband, John R. Headington; son, Gary A. Headington; parents, James A. and Janice Hutton; and siblings, Betty Tabbutt, James Hutton, and Robert Hutton. She is survived by children, Greg (Martha) Headington and Debra (Bobby) Blake; sister, Martha (Charles) Campbell of Minneapolis, MN; daughter-in-law, Sharon Headington; and brother, Charles (Betty) Hutton of Sarasota, FL; 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Bonnie graduated from Central High School in 1945. She was very active in her church community and devoted to God, her family, and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, April 15, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Grove City United Methodist Church, 2684 Columbus Street, Grove City, OH 43123. Burial for both John and Bonnie will be held at Grove City Cemetery (West) following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3380 Tremont Rd., Columbus, OH 43221.
