She now reunites with her parents and siblings, George D. and Beulah Mashburn, Edna Wise, Magdalene Jenkins, George "Bud" Mashburn, Juanita Graves, Evelyn Wright, Charles "Chuck" Mashburn, and Jack Mashburn, who await her in the realms beyond.
Bonnie's life journey took her from the rolling hills of Tennessee to the vibrant streets of Columbus, Ohio, where she settled after graduating high school. Her joyous union with Bobby, affectionately known as "Puddin", marked the beginning of a beautiful chapter. They enjoyed eleven years of marriage and time with their favorite nieces until they welcomed their beloved son, Jason Douglas Warrens, into their home, born on May 17, 1975. Bonnie was celebrated for her unwavering dedication to her family, always placing their needs above her own.
Her professionalism and dedication shone brightly during her tenure as a secretary in the Transplant department at The Ohio State University. Her efficient work ethic and warm demeanor left an indelible impression on colleagues and acquaintances alike. Beyond her professional pursuits and familial responsibilities, Bonnie found solace and fulfillment in her passions, particularly during moments spent at the beach, though it was within her family that she found true solace.
In honor of Bonnie's remarkable life, family and friends will gather to pay their respects on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 10 am to 12 pm, at the Newcomer Funeral, Northeast Chapel, located at 3047 E.
