Brenda Lee Fleming, left this world on March 29, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on November 29, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio, Brenda was a beacon of light, laughter, and love in the lives of those who knew her. She was a remarkable woman, characterized by her hilarious, sarcastic, and quick-witted personality that never failed to bring joy to those around her, even to the very end. Known for her relentless spirit, she was a spitfire who approached life with an adventurous heart and a determination that inspired everyone she met.

Brenda was a devoted mother and grandmother, pouring immense love into her family. Her children, Melissa (John) Neal, Everett (Ashley) Fleming, and Kacie Ison, were her pride and joy, and she reveled in every moment shared with them. To her grandchildren, Kennedy, Colton, Giavonna, Everett, and Timothy, she was the best grandmother anyone could ask for, always ready with a joke or a piece of advice. She took great pride in nurturing her family and watched with delight as each of her grandchildren flourished, often sharing stories of their accomplishments with a heart full of love.

With a deep appreciation for nature, Brenda also found joy in tending to her beloved flowers. Her green thumb was unmatched, and she particularly cherished her cactus, celebrating with joy whenever it bloomed – a reflection of her own vibrant spirit. In her leisure, she could often be found lost in a good book, her love for reading equally matched by her love for puzzles.

Brenda's family also includes her loving mother, Barbara Ellen Perkins, a supportive brother, John Pilkington, and sisters Brenda Pilkington and Linda Lou Perkins. Additionally, she held a special bond with her honorary sister, Connie Pack. Her family was blessed to have her relentless care, as she was always willing to answer a phone call or share her thoughts, making each loved one feel heard and valued.

Preceding her in death was her father, Jimmie Lee Perkins, who surely welcomed her with open arms.
