Brian Keith Royster, age 54, of Columbus, passed away surrounded by his family on August 13, 2021. He was born on October 5, 1966, in Columbus, to the late Richard and Christine (Matthews) Royster.
Brian was raised in Woodstock, Champaign County. He loved living in the country. He was a loving father and his children were the light of his life. He had a heart of gold and was a kind, loving man. Brian was an excellent baker; his cheese cakes were legendary! He loved to socialize and was a valued and loyal friend. We would like to thank all of the staff at Riverside and The James Hospital at OSU for the amazing care and love that he received.
He is survived by his husband, Timothy Terry; his daughters, McKenzie (Kyle) Royster-Linson and Madison Royster; step-daughters, Christy Terry and Laurie (Mark) Ogburn; siblings, Barbara (Danny) Mullin, Michael (Vickie) Royster, Shaun Royster, Marilyn Royster Eades, Ron Royster, Tammy (Roger) Gibson and Richard Royster; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
