PITTENGER
C. Robert Pittenger, 73, of New Albany, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2007, at St. Ann's Hospital of Westerville. Born to the late Luther and Nellie (Bartoe) Pittenger, Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Frances (Camp) Pittenger; son, David Pittenger; and brother-in-law, Bud Graham. Survivors include his sons, Robert "Dennis" (Barbara) and Derek Pittenger; sisters, Lucretia Graham, Patricia (Gene) Adams, Christine (Chubby) Jivedan; brother, Ernie (Bev) Pittenger; grandchildren, John, Emily, and Mathew Pittenger. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2007, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Services will be conducted on Thursday, 10:00 AM at the funeral home with interment following at Maplewood Cemetery. Messages of condolence may be left at www.newcomerfuneralhome.com
