Carl J. Atwood, born on August 21, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Harlan and Esther (Ealy) Atwood, died on March 26, 2021.
In addition to his parents Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Atwood; sisters, Ruth, Marjorie; and brother, Curtis.
Surviving family includes; daughter, Carla (Brad) and family; son, Matt (Amanda); step-son, Dan (Tonya) and family; as well as many other loving extended family and friends.
Loved and greatly missed by his family.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Funeral Service on Friday, April 2, 2021 at 10:00 am, all at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus- OH 43231. A Burial will take place in procession at Maplewood Cemetery - New Albany, Ohio.
