Carl E. Ward, age 79 of Canal Winchester, passed away at Mt. Carmel West on March 14, 2019. He was born on December 7, 1939 to the late Edward and Katherine (Amos) Ward in Jackson, Mississippi. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by first wife Ernestine Ward, second wife Sharon Ward. Carl was an owner/operator of several McDonald Franchise and was a Navy Veteran. Carl is survived by children Christopher D Ward, Shenise (Lemanuel) Wright, Craig (Pamela) Elder and Tiffany Elder, grandchildren Bria, Kyra, Lamar, Shamar, Tia, Jarra "Bear" and JayTaylor, sister Gloria J. (Charles) Osby, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Burial to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, OH.
