Carol D. Baker, 66, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2008. Born to the late Hermanus P. and Delora A. Baker on April 5, 1942, in Wichita, KS, Carol was also preceded in death by a sister, Laura Dean Baker. Survivors include her brothers, Sid (JoAnn) Baker and his children (Singkai and Jingwei) and Monty (Joan) and his children, (Cristy, Katherine, JoAnn and Robert); many close friends including, Wesley, Linda, Rita, Bertha and Ron. Carol was a very loyal member to her family and exhibited strong Christian faith in her spiritual journey till the end of her life. She was a very loving person, always extending her help and kindness to everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by all. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, October 24, 2008, 6-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH.
