Carolyn J. Starkey

Carolyn Starkey, 82, of Columbus, OH passed away July 22, 2012. She was born in Hilliard, OH on May 1, 1930. Carolyn was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. 4044. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mabel Weber, sisters, Ruth Johnson, Eleanor Weber.

Surviving family includes, husband, Harry E. Starkey, children, Harry (Monica) Starkey, Rebecca (Mark) Applegett, Terry (Rita) Starkey, Kelly (Thom) Hedrick, sister, Nellie Klise, grandchildren, Steve, Phil, Allison, Tim, Leanne, Sara, great-grandchildren, Haley, Morgan and Olivia.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00pm, Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where funeral services will begin at 1:30pm, Wednesday, July 25, 2012.

Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Mount Carmel Hospice.
