Carolyn M. Sias, 62, Columbus, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Carolyn was born to Edwin and Ruth (Sexton) Kunz in Welch, WV, on June 18, 1947, and is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Brenda Castle. Survivors include her husband, Thomas W. Sias; daughters, Dea (Michael) Braskett and Dawna Johnson; son, Thomas Sias, Jr., sisters, Janice Eells and Phyllis McGlone; grandchildren, Rebecca and Rachel Johnson; and numerous family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2010, 4-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Monday, February 22, 2010, 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 3380 Tremont Road, Columbus, OH 43221 or Life Church at Easton Church of God, 5000 Sunbury Road, Columbus, OH 43230.
