Carolyn Springer

Carolyn Springer, 63, Columbus, passed away August 15, 2010 at Grant Medical Center. Carolyn was born in Columbus, on August 6, 1947, to Roy E. Turner and June E. (Ebright) Turner, who preceded her in death. Survivors include her loving husband of 13 years Charles "Chuck" Springer; two sons, Robert E. Springer, and Randy E. Brackens; two daughters, Paula Lynn, and Patricia Ellen Brackens; brother, Robert M. Turner; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many friends. Carolyn enjoyed collecting Fenton Glass Pieces, and she loved her three Chihuahuas. Carolyn was a devoted wife and loved her family very much. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010, 5-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus, OH, with funeral services on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Union Cemetery.
