Carolyn S. "Suzie" Hayes, 62, of Columbus, passed away Monday, October 27, 2008 at Grant Medical Center. She was born September 30, 1946. Suzie was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin Quall; mother, Mary C. Allen; brother, Steven M. Allen; grandparents, Joseph F. and Jessie C. Rott. She is survived by her son, Jerry M. Qualls; daughter, Tarie L. Qualls; grandchildren, Joshua, Tamicia, Diamond, Samuel, Christian and Jasmine; siblings, Karen (Hershel) Thacker, James (Yung-ju) Allen, Donna (Richard) Cassel, Twila (John Muncy), Charles Allen, Cheryl Koon, Tim (Ettie) Allen, Ronald (Amber) Allen, Tanja (Noie) Runyon and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 4, 2008, 2-6PM at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Graveside service will be Wednesday, November 5, 2008, 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Cemetery.
