Carrie S. Kelly, 61, of Buckeye Lake, passed away Friday, November 16, 2007 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born November 15, 1946, in MacArthur, West Virginia, daughter of the late Robert Paul Haley and Eva A. Lilly Rigby. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Mark Adkins and stepfather, Joseph Rigby. Carrie is survived by her husband, Willie Kelly Jr.; son, William Joseph "B.J." Bowens; brothers, Joseph (Bonnie) Haley and Roger L. (Donna) Haley; sister, Peggy (Jim) Burt; grandchildren, Dereck and Zachary Bowens. At Carrie's request, no services will be observed.
