Carrol Hill

Carrol D. "Dave" Hill, 79, of Grove City, passed away Monday, April 14, 2008 at Mt. Carmel West. Dave was preceded in death by parents, Melvern and Ercel (nee Borror) Hill; daughter, Carol; granddaughter, Carla; one sister; and four brothers. Dave is survived by loving wife of 58 years, Bonnie; children, Martha (Roy) Jenkins, Dave (Patty) Hill, Pam (Gary) Dickson, and Diana Sibbalds; grandchildren, Jody, Greg, Tanda, Nicole, Laurie, Davyd, Terri, Tina, Mike, Ryan, Brittany, Jessica, and Matthew; sixteen great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Winegardner; many nieces and nephews; and loyal pet, Sadie. Dave retired from General Motors after 30 years of service and was a 30 year cancer survivor. The family would like to thank the staff at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. Visitation will be held Friday, April 18, 2008 from 2:00PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Rev. Paul Burgett officiating. Interment will follow at Grove City Cemetery.
