Cartaz Malik 'Taz' Summers, 10, of Columbus, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2009, surrounded by his loving family. Born to Wendy Banks on December 5, 1998, in Columbus, OH, Taz is survived by his mother; adoptive parents, Harold and Ann Summers; birth siblings; adoptive sisters, Debbie and May; adoptive brothers, Bob, Steve, Glenn, Joey, Sam and Jayson. Taz had the most adorable smile that would melt your heart. Special thanks to our nurses from Interim and the many prayers from our friends at WCUCC. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2009, 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Taz's memory may be made to the WCUCC.
