Cecil E. McClaskey, 79, Columbus, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2008, surrounded by his loving family. Born to the late Cecil C. and Clelia (Wheeler) McClaskey in Huntington, WV, Cecil is also preceded in death by his wives, Leola (Dye) and Christine (Cotton) McClaskey; brothers, Cecil Clay Jr. and Paul McClaskey; sister, Melva McClaskey. Survivors include his sons, James (Florence) and Carl (Diana) May; brothers, Tharol and Carl McClaskey; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, February, 22, 2008, 6-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove, City, Ohio. Services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2008, at Lebanon Community Church, Eagle Mills, OH at 1:00PM. Interment will be on Monday, February, 25, 2008, 11:00AM at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
