On August 13, 2019 Chad T. Boyce lost his fight to esophageal cancer after a long, stubborn battle. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 1, 1975.
Chad lived in many places throughout his life, but he had lived in Marengo, Ohio for the past nine years. He was a one of a kind guy who was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Chad loved to go thrift store shopping and found the beauty in old and used things that people had discarded. He spent hours in the garage with family and friends just sitting around talking and laughing. Everyone who knew Chad knew he was a stubborn man who never gave up.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Misty; mother, Josephine; brother, Robbie; daughters, Leah (John) Cox, Alexandria Jones, Danielle (Ronnie) Gardner, Ashley Jones; grandson, Zane Cox. He has also left behind many more family members and friends. Chad was preceded in death by his father, Robert Boyce; maternal grandparents, Antonina and Dewey Dutchess; paternal grandparents, Martha Wine and Benjamin Boyce.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, August 18, 2019 from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City (614-539-6166). The Funeral Ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m.
The family request memorial donations be made to: Kobacker House Hospice.
