Survived by wife of 18 years Dixie (Myers) Bush, children Virginia McElhinny, Richard (Denise) Hanshaw, Steve Pickett, Dwayne Pickett, and Howard Pickett, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by son Johnny Bush and son-in-law Thomas McElhinny.
