Charles D. Smith

Charles D. "Smitty" Smith, 80, of Columbus, passed away May 14, 2012. He was born July 21, 1931 in Chauncey, OH. Smitty was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Dorothy Smith and siblings, Helen Sykes and Herman Smith. Survivors include his loving wife, Anita "Sue" Smith; children, Michael Smith, Cathy (Michael) Cotts and Keith (Kimberly) Smith; siblings, Frank "Tom" Smith, Esther (Leonard "Les") McClain, Shirley Brown, Donna (Clearence) Sams, Judy (Dwight) Davis, Linda Toole and Jimmy Smith and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. No public services will be held for Smitty.
