Charles Dickson, age 75, of Galloway, passed away on December 6, 2020 at home in the arms of his wife of 53 years, Karen. He was born on January 13, 1945 to Mildred and Stanley Dickson in Columbus, Ohio.
Charles retired from the Norfolk Southern R.R. after 40+ years of R.R. service. He was a "jack of all trades." Charles was a graduate of Central High School, Class of '63. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps.
Survived by his wife, Karen (Hackney); daughters, Karla (Kevin) Courtright and Kelly (Ray) Lake. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Kevin G., Kamryn, Kaleb, Emily, Olivia, Keagan; great-grandchildren, Aiden and Everlee; sisters, Helen Fridenmaker, Geri (Wink) Harrison and Josephine Bliss; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Martha Mehrle.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. Private family burial will follow. Masks required.
