Charles E. Eberhard

Charles Edward Eberhard, 83, born July 31, 1939 and passed away June 2, 2023. He was preceded in death by mother, Flora Jane McKinney Eberhard; father, Charles Henry Eberhard; brother, Michael Eberhard; and nephew, Erick Eberhard. Charles "Topper" is survived by wife of 58 years, Martha Dunson Eberhard; sons, Christopher "Chris" (Lisa), David (Jennifer), and Matthew (Darielle) Eberhard; daughters, Casandra "Sandy" (Mike) Eberhard O'Harra, Annalyssa (Shannon) Eberhard King; grandchildren, Jordin (Branden) Eberhard Feldkamp, Morgan Eberhard, Colten Eberhard, Alex Mathes, Logan Eberhard, Joseph King, Haydn King, Connor Eberhard, Aylish O'Harra, Eryn O'Harra, Kelly O'Harra, and Lance (Heather) Walker; great-grandchildren, Jack, Grant, Audrey, and Kayleigh; sisters, Judith and Kathleen Eberhard; sister-in-law, Phyllis (Wayne) Dunson Lones; brother-in-law, Thurman L. "Duke" (Vickie) Dunson; many nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

Topper served our country in the United States Army in Redstone Arsenal Huntsville, Alabama from 1961 to 1964. He worked in the computer industry all his life. Topper enjoyed spending time with family and never missed a family gathering or event. He liked boating, SCUBA diving, and owned his own sail boat. One could often find him outside enjoying nature and listening to music.

Visitation Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 5pm until the time of Funeral Service at 7pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Heart Association or the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research.
