He was born in Olive Hill, KY on September 24, 1934 the late Earl and Theora (Barker) Mobley.
He is preceded in death by him Talmage (Ruth) Mobley, Dearl (Ruth) Mobley, John (Ruby) Mobley, Ralph (Laverne) Mobley, Carl (Della) Mobley, Drusie (Ken) Scott, Mabel (Jerry) Clellem, Glenna (Delmar) Phillips, June Shartzer; grandson, Paige Daniels.
Surviving family includes loving wife, Lisa Ramey-Mobley; twin sister, Linda Webb; children, Terri Fisher, Cheryl, John Cullum, Melissa Lentz, Amy, Lee Claprood, Bobby, Brittiney Ramey, Daniel, Monica Ramey, Hunter Ramey, Tabitha Ramey, Aaron Dudley; grandchildren, Garrick, Charlotte J.
