Charles Thomas Robinson, 55, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Mt. Carmel West. He was born September 5, 1953, in Columbus, son of Charles Edward Robinson and Patricia Ann McCormick Robinson. Charlie was an avid reader, history buff and enjoyed traveling on his Triumph or Harley motorcycles with fellow riders. He was a firefighter with the Columbus Division of Fire, Station 22. In addition to his parents, Charlie is survived by his wife, Angela Harman Robinson; son, Jacob Elias Robinson; daughter, Kyra Ann Robinson; brother, Mark J. Robinson; sister-in-law, Alina B. Hernandez Robinson; sister, Annamarie Herbert; brother-in-law, William Herbert and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended family and devoted friends. Visitation will be Monday, June 8, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Charlie was and will always be a caring husband, loving father, wonderful son, great brother and good friend who had a true love for life. That life was cut short much too early. He will be sorely missed and always loved.
