Charles "Chuck" Sartin II, 36, of Centerburg, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born July 22, 1976 in Columbus.
Chuck is survived by his father, Charles Sartin; sons, Gavin and Brayden Sartin; daughter, Reagan Sartin; sisters, Lynna (Larry) Brewer, Casey and Jennifer Sartin.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynn Lester Sartin.
Visitation will be Monday, October 1, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus. Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
