Charles "Chuck" Tuggle III, 58, of Columbus, OH, died Monday, July 19, 2010. Chuck was born on July 4, 1952, in Columbus, OH. He was preceded in death by his mother, Naoma Tuggle and brother, Tom Tuggle. He is survived by his father, Charles Tuggle, Jr.; children, Justina (Rodney) Robinson, Charles Tuggle IV and Jennifer (Charles) Hayes; grandchildren, Justin, Jeremy, Jordan, Pernale, Robert, Caleb and Trinity; sisters, Vivian (Fred) Frazier, Karren Bowling and Sharon (Gary) Kulp; many nieces, nephews and friends. Chuck was a member of the Moose Lodge in Marysville, OH. Visitation Thursday, July 22, 2010 from 1-3 PM and 6 PM until the time of Funeral Service at 7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
