Charles Edward "Charlie" Lindner, 74, of Columbus, OH. He was born on February 2, 1950 in Columbus, OH. He attended Brookhaven High School.
Charlie had such a great heart always willing to help anyone in need. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was assigned to special unit Black Horse Cavalry during his time of service. Charlie made his career working in the construction industry mostly building churches.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard II and Rina Lindner, brother, Robert Lindner, niece, Caryn Lindner.
He is survived by brothers, Rick Lindner, Ron Lindner, sister, Cece (Rann) Lindner, sister-in-law, Pam (Rod) Lindner, nephews, Seth, Adam (Hannah), Shawn (Autumn), Kyle (Melinda), niece, Kristi, extended family, Jimmy & Jill Spence and their children, Brett, Taylor, Brady Ruh.
Visitation will be held from 9 - 11am, Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH 43065.
Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Lewis Center, OH with military honors.
