Charlotte E. Toy, age 66, passed away on November 21, 2023. She was born on November 23, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Jefferson Wagner and Opal Murphy. She is preceded in death by her parents; James Edward Doan III; daughter, Cynthia; many other friends and family. She is survived by her husband, John Toy; son, Rex Smith Jr., daughter, Dorothy Doan; grandsons, Raine, Noah, Danny, Isaac, Austin, Bryson, Kendall; granddaughters, Megan and Abby; special close friends, Michael Whittaker, Anthony Dorris, James Toy, The Entire Doan Family, Jessica and Ryan Spayde, Ashton Shepherd, Tom Cordial, Lucas Moriconi, McKenzie Pemberton; many other good friends and family.
