Chelsea E. Martinez (nee Smuck), age 26, of Columbus, died August 1, 2015. Survived by husband, Oscar Martinez; sons, Enrique and Chase; daughter, Amy; mother, S. Elizabeth Smuck; father, Christopher (Christine) Smuck; sister, Chloe; brother, Ian Smuck; paternal grandparents, Eldon and Phyllis Smuck; maternal grandparents, Doris Johnson, Walter Johnson; father and mother-in-law, Oscar and Esmeralda Martinez; many aunts, including Christina Ware, uncles, cousins and friends.
