Surviving family includes son, Richard Lee (Kimberly) Frazier, mother, Peggy Talbott; sisters, Terri Mullins, Kathy Holley, grandchildren, Virginia Frazier, Tiffany McCracken, Randy McCracken.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
