Cheryl Malone, 78, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio. Cheryl was born on August 16, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio to Zack Tyler Moore and Geraldine (Walker).
Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents, brother Billy and sister Jackie.
She is survived by Husband, Donald Malone, Sister, Carolyn Auxier, Daughters, Penny (JR) Carter and Joey (Homer Jr.) Chaffins, grandkids Amber, Ricky, Jeremy, and Joshua, great-grandkids, Haley, Austin, Kayah, Jasmine, Jonah, Aubrey, Jeremy Jr., and Rylen.
She worked for the State of Ohio for 10 years before working at Ohio Health Doctors North and West for 20 plus years. She was a member of Pentecostal Church of God in Jesus Name.
Cheryl was a loving mom, grandma, great-grandmother, and wife.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 9th from 4 to 7pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 . A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 9th, at 7pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Southwest Chapel.
