Christina Lynn Cook

Chrissy L. Cook, 37, of Galloway, passed away, October 5, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

Chrissy was a loving wife and mother that left us too soon. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to have known her.

She was born December 20, 1975 in Columbus. Chrissy is survived by her husband, Danny D. Cook Jr.; sons, Danny D. Cook III, Jesse Cameron Cook and Johnnie Cook; cousin and best friend, Shawn Peters; father and mother-in-law, Danny D. Cook Sr. and Cheryl Cook; brother-in-law, Joey (Alyssa) Cook; nieces and nephews, Ashlynn, Aidan, Aubrey, Madison, Casey, Aubreana, her parents and nine siblings.

Visitation will be 4-8pm, Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be at 11am, Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Alton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693.
