Christine L. Hartung, age 88, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. She was born in 1930 in West Virginia.
She was a member of Amazing Grace Christian Church.
Christine is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert Hartung and her parents, Roy and Rushie Sayre; sisters, Fiona Sally May and Margaret Harrison; brothers, Raymond, Roy and Ronald Sayre.
Surviving family includes son, Lee Hartung and sisters, Annetta Honaker and Elva Scott; also survived by many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway, where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Christine's name to Amazing Grace Christian Church, 2255 Quail Creek Blvd, Grove City, OH 43123.
