Christopher Matthew Kirby "Sway", 38, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2020.
He was born on March 11, 1981 in Columbus, Ohio to father Ferd and mother Susan.
Christopher was a proud member of the LU189 Plumbers and Pipefitters union.
He was a loving father who adored his children very much. He had such a kind heart and beautiful soul. He never judged anyone who was lucky enough to have met him, and always offered kind words of encouragement to others. He will be forever loved and dearly missed.
Christopher is preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Ferd Kirby Sr.; paternal grandmother, Juanita Kirby; Aunt, Rose (Gene) Bachelder; materal grandmother, Joyce Farley; and his "favorite" uncle, Roy Farley.
He is survived by his children, Memphis, Sophia, and Phoenix Kirby; parents, Ferd (Terri) Kirby Jr., Susan (Dale) Ouzts; siblings, Anita (Ron) Kirby, Heather (Dave) Kirby, and Heath (Cynthia) Kirby. He was loved by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, and 6:00pm to 8:00pm, where funeral services will then be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 10:00am.
Travel to Mifflin Township Cemetery in Gahanna, Ohio immediately following the service.
