Christopher M. Wess

Christopher M. Wess, age 51, passed away on January 5, 2024 after a brave and long four-year battle with ALS. He was born on June 29, 1972 in Columbus, Ohio to Robert (Pat) Wess and Elizabeth Wess (Blevins). He is preceded in death by his, grandparents, James and Alberta Blevins; aunt, June; mother in law, Joyce Baker. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Tanya Wess; children, Christopher Wess and Kaylee Wess; siblings, JoAnna Wess Tonne, Michael Wess, Robert (Ligaya) Wess 2nd, Angela Wess (McElroy), nieces and nephews, Kayla (Tony) Guinta, William McElroy, Josh (Erica) Wess, Robert Wess, Mariah McElroy, Joseph Wess, Robert Wess 3rd, Judah Wess; great nieces and nephews, Neveah, Daylen, Adonis, and Kazmir. Christopher was a painter for over 20 years, with Casino Co. Renovations and Creative Finishes Painting. Chris enjoyed being outside. He liked fishing, playing corn hole, riding 4 wheelers, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, where funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 10:30am.
