Chukwukwesiri Chisimnuria Akaeze was born on November 3rd, 1995 at Nsukka in Enugu State Nigeria to the family of Venerable Dr. Chinedu and Mrs. Charity Akaeze who hails from Mbaise in Imo State Nigeria. Kwesiri as he is fondly called by family is the second of four siblings.
He moved with the rest of the family to USA in May 1999. He attended Orange Grove Elementary School in West Ashley, Charleston SC. He was an outstanding student in that school he received the Governor's award for academic excellence which was presented to him by Governor Mark Sanford of SC.
The family moved to Dayton, OH and he attended Ankeney Middle School in Beavercreek, OH. He started his High School at Beavercreek High School in Dayton, OH but when his family moved to Dublin, OH, he completed High School at Dublin Coffman.
On completion of High School, he was admitted to the Bachelor Degree program in Neuroscience at The Ohio State University. He graduated with B.Sc in Neuroscience. He was admitted to The Ohio State University School of Pharmacy where he started the PharmD program.
Kwesiri is survived by his parents Venerable Dr. Chinedu Akaeze and Mrs. Charity Akaeze and three siblings Somtochukwu, Chinemezu, and Amara. Kwesiri is popular with friends and playmates as Chuk.
A funeral service will begin at 9:00 am, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH 43065.
Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Lewis Center, OH.
