Clara B Vagnier, age 90 of West Jefferson, OH, passed away on January 16, 2025. She was born on January 21, 1934 to the late Morda and Golda Wilson in Louisa, Kentucky. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband Richard Vagnier, sisters Stella, Jessie, and Doris who passed on January 17, 2025 a day after Clara, brother Joe, several cousins. Clara is survived by her second husband Marvin Kipp and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She retired from the State of Ohio.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Highland Baptist Church, 3460 Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am with Pastor Dave Thomas officiating.
Burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
