Clarence "Mississippi" Sampson, born in 1934 in Jackson, Mississippi, to Amy and Goldie Sampson, passed away September 9, 2015.
Upon leaving the Army in 1957, he relocated to Urbancrest, Ohio. He retired from the City of Columbus Sanitation Dept.
He leaves behind his daughter Nicole Triplett, granddaughter Lily Stewart, and special friend Martha Triplett.
A gathering of family and friends will be on Monday September 14, 2015, from 10 to 11am, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH., 43123. Graveside services will follow, at noon, at Greenlawn Cemetery.
