Cledith E. Terry, 75, of New Albany, passed away November 1, 2008, surrounded by his loving family. Born to Eldridge and Sidney (Blythe) Terry in Ashland, KY on June 8, 1933, Cledith was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Marty, William "Hagar", Charles and Jessie Terry; sisters, Hannah Bell May, Mary Vanover and Sarah Terry. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Carol (Vanover) Terry; daughter, Tamela (Craig) Gentzel; sons, Robert (Lane) Terry and Mark Terry; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Cledith worked at the Newark Air Force Base for 30 years, was a Master Watchmaker and worked for National Electric Coil. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 5, 2008, 4-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Thursday, November 6, 2008, 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mapblewood Cemetery, New Albany, OH.
