Cleo M. DeVault, 87, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born September 7, 1920, in Galion, daughter of the late Millard and Laodis Scribner Rhodebeck. In addition to her parents, Cleo is preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Lee DeVault Sr.; son, Harlan Lee DeVault Jr.; four brothers and one sister. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Sturms and Barbara (Danny) King; granddaughters, Sherri (Tim) Swanagin, Wendie (Scott) Ballard, Dana (Roccie) Nastase and Brandie (Dwayne) Higgins; nine great grandchildren and brother-in-law, Louie DeVault. Visitation will be Friday, November 30, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Union Cemetery. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerFamily.com
